Powerweek or trying out detox

All this taking about detox made me want to try out a week with:

  • no coffee or black tea
  • no alcohol
  • no sugar
  • red or green tea
  • more smoothies and fresh vegetables
  • food with slow carbs

Of course that means also eco, but I am already for organic food. The green tea worked really good although I don’t enjoy the taste as much:

I also tried out this, kind of porridge in the oven, which was quite good:

In general I think the powerweek (well, detox) gave more inspiration for healthy food.

  • inget kaffe eller svart te
  • ingen alkohol
  • inget socker
  • grön eller rött te i stället
  • mer långsamma kolhydrater
  • mer smoothies och gröna grönsaker

Givetvis ska det vara mycket ekologiskt men där är jag redan.

Det svåraste var absolut kaffe. Grönt te funkade ändå bra även om jag inte gillar smaken något vidare. Men det var ett lättsamt sätt att få inspiration till mer hälsosam stil.
