2 dl mandelmjölk
3 msk chiafrön

Jag var tvungen att testa detta. Jag la ingredienserna i en burk. Rör om efter 15 minuter och låt stå under natten.

Varför chiafrön?
Jo, det är ett så kallat superfood som är trendigt då det har ett högt proteinvärde och andra nyttigheter.

För min del var inte chiapuddingen en hit men kan absolut tänka mig att blanda fröna med resten av frön som linfrön, psylliumfrön, solroskärnor mm.

The pudding is done with 1 cup of almond milk and three spoons of chia seeds. Stir after 15 minutes and leave it over night. I combined with babana. I didn’t enjoy it that much so I will probably combine them with other seeds like linsseed.
