Gröt på burk- Blåbär – #milkfree #glutenfree

Do you remember the banana porridge in a bottle? Well click the link the see the original recipe. I cannot tell you how smooth it is to do this porridge the night before and eat it in the morning. Or take it with you to your job or your school.

It’s delicious I tell you!

During the night the oat will absorb the fluid from the milk and in this way it will be soft. You can put it in the micro for one minute or more so you can eat it a little bit warm or just directly from the fridge.

Blueberry porrigde, milk and glutenfree
some blueberries
3/4 of a cup* oatmealmilk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 spoon linseed
1 spoon psyllium seeds and chia seeds


Här kommer en hyllning till gröt på burk. Så smidigt att ta med eller äta på morgonen snabbt. Görs på kvällen innan och då absorberas vätskan av havregrynen och frörna. Ät direkt ur kylskåpet eller värm upp i mikron.

Blåbärsgröt på burkglutenfri och mjölkfri

1 portion
ca halv dl blåbär
1,5 dl ekologisk havremjölk
1 dl ek. havregryn
1 msk ek. linfrön
0,5 msk chiafrön
0,5 msk psylliumfrön
