0.5 dl malda cashewnötter

Gör så här :

  1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.

A recipe for home made cereal, muesli. I don’t know how usual it is abroad but in Sweden it’s popular as breakfast with yoghurt or milk.

I used mostly organic products. The ingredients are :
2 cups of spelt, 2 cups of Oatmeal, 1/2 cup coco flakes, 1/4 of cup sunflower seeds, mixed pumpkin seeds and mixed cashew nuts each, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and rapeseed each, 2 tablespoons of dried rose – hip and coconut oil each, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup dried apricots.

Put the owen on 347 Fahrenheit degrees. Mix the dry ingredients with each other and then the oils in the 1/2 cup of water, preferably a little bit warm so the coconut oil will melt. Pour it on the mix.

Put in the owen for half an hour and stirr it about every ten minutes. Cut the dried apricots in small pieces and mix with the rest as soon as it get room temperature.

  1. I love this recipe. I do a bit of homemade museli myself, and sometimes a chef friend makes me a week’s supply. I’m glad to add yours to my list of recipes. I add almond milk to mine for my delicate intestines. Thank you, xoxo

    • Almond milk tastes really nice, I use it a lot for making porridge. I have a lot of recipes for that also in my blog! I will have to do more muesli and I am thinking of adding more dried fruits.
