Exotic granola – müsli

Ett nytt krispigt recept på müsli/granola!

Tropical müsli/granola

0.5 dl Pumpakärnor
0.5 dl solrosfrön
2 msk nyponskalmjöl
3 dl hirsflingor
3 dl havre
3 dl kokosflingor
2 msk kokosolja
0.5 vatten
Bananchips
Torkad mango

– Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
– Rör om samtliga torra ingredienser.
– Blanda oljan i ljummet vatten så kokosoljan löses upp och häll på blandningen. Rör om igen!
– Rosta mitt i ugnen för ca 25- 30 min på bakplåtspapper i en form. Rör om ca var tionde minut.
– Hacka den torkade mangon i bitar och blanda den och bananchipsen i müslin när den svalnat.

1 cup of millet flakes, 1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 cup coco flakes, 1/4 of cup sunflower seeds and of mixed pumpkin seeds , 2 tablespoons of dried rose – hip and coconut oil each, 1/4 cup water. Banana cops and dried mango.

Put the owen on 347 Fahrenheit degrees. Mix the dry ingredients with each other and then the oil in the 1/2 cup of water, preferably a little bit warm so the coconut oil will melt. Pour it on the mix.

Put in the owen for half an hour and stirr it about every ten minutes. Mix the dried fruit with the rest of the granola as soon as it gets room temperature.
