Green smoothie with spinach and apple

Äpple och spenat smoothie 

2.5 dl äppeljuice
1 banan
0.5 dl spenat
1 msk nyponskalmjöl

Delicious!

So:

Green apple smoothie
1 cup apple juice
1 banana
1/4 cup of spinach
1 spoon dried rose- hip

Just mix it up. See the previous recipe.
