Majs och havregröt

Grötrecept med majs och havregryn!

2. 5 dl mandelmjölk
2 msk polenta / majsmjöl
0.5 dl ek. havregryn
1 msk ek. linfrön
0.5 krm salt

Här använder jag alltså annan mjölk och blandar majs med havregryn. Börja med att vispa ner polentan och sedan havregryn. Grundrecept hittar du här.

A mix of corn and oatmilk, I use almondmilk as well.
1 cup* of almond milk
2 spoons of cornflour
1/3 of a cup* oatmeal
1 spoon of linseed
a pinch of salt.

This is milkfree and glutenfree (if you eat oat).

*american cups approximately 2,4 dl.
